1. Mississippi Studios 10th Anniversary

Why: As Mississippi Studio enters double-digits, come celebrate with a free present just for you! Tonight only, the venue will be giving out free batches of limited edition, signed, and numbered CDs with a special logo printed on them. There will also be music of course: Laura Gibson, Kyle Morton, Adam Shearer, Sneakin Out, Matt Sheehy, Ryan Sollee, and Ed Haynes. Plus a second show with The Defibulators and Lew Longmire & The Left Coast Roasters. See you there!
2. White Lung w/ Antwon

When: Saturday, November 2nd – 9pm
Why: White Lung serves up some of the most energetic post-punk you’ll find on the west coast. Their sound is melodic and catchy, yet vicious and aggressive. Hailing from Vancouver, BC, this quartet plays hard, plays fast, and doesn’t disappoint.
3. Mazzy Star w/ The Entrance Band & Mariee Sioux
Where: Crystal Ballroom

When: Sunday, November 3nd – 9pm
Why: After Mazzy Star’s 1996 release, it was believed the band had gone on hiatus when in fact the group has been writing and recording all along. As part of the Crystal Ballroom’s “100 Nights”, Mazzy Star will be performing plenty of new songs for your eager ears.
