1. Mark Sultan w/ The Shivas, Still Caves, & Thee Headliners

Why: Arguably the hardest working one-man-band these days is Mr. Mark Sultan (aka BBQ, from King Khan & BBQ Show). Constantly touring all over the world, he has recently released not one, not two, but three albums! Sultan croons, plays guitar, provides percussion, and will knock your socks off!
2. Apes Tapes Label Showcase!
Where: Holocene
How Much: $5
When: Thursday, November 17 – 8:30pm
Why: Local cassette label Apes Tapes celebrates their one year birthday with a plethora of talented acts including: Onuinu, Adventures With Might, Vanimal (special reunion performance!), XDS, Pegasus Dream, and Palmas DJs. Of course it wouldn’t be a party without a few surprise guests!
3. Crooked Fingers
Where: Mississippi Studios
How Much: $15
When: Saturday, November 19 – 8:30pm
Why: Archers of Loaf frontman, Eric Bachmann, stops in town to give us a taste of what his solo act is up to these days. Dubbed as one of his strongest set of songs of Bachmann’s career, it’s where gruff meets beauty—with a dash of Archers for good measure. Get there early and warm up with a hot toddy and the soothing Strand of Oaks.
